What is Pilates?
Originally developed by Joseph Pilates as 'Controlology', this method was designed to rehabilitate those with injuries through precise, controlled movements.
Using the foundational principles of breathing, alignment and core control, Pilates classes have evolved and focus on low-impact, full body exercises targeting core control and body alignment.
Requiring only a mat, Pilates at home is a great way of adding structured exercise to your week, building core strength, posture and prevent injuries. Basically, allowing your body to work as efficiently as possible!

Which Class is Right for Me?
The Fundamentals - New to Pilates or want to go back over the basics, breathing and body awareness.
Foundation Classes - 20 and 30-minute slower paced, technique focussed classes.
Progressive Classes - 20 and 30-minute faster paced, more challenging classes
Targeted Sessions - 10-minute short sessions focussed on specific areas.
Live Classes - Join a new weekly mixed-level 30-minute class for motivation, accountability and challenge.
